Research has shown that the most important part of successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship. At our first meeting we will be able to get a sense of whether we will be able to work well together. We’ll also talk about whether a set number of sessions or an open-ended arrangement will be more useful, and what you would like to get out of therapy. (Sometimes, that can be the goal, itself.)
